Our Hourglass Pillars are made from a natural soy wax blend, poured right here in Waikato, New Zealand.

Due to our candles being handmade they may differ slightly from pictures and have minor imperfections. Soy wax can frost at times and you might see white marks on your candle. This is more visible in our coloured candles. Keep your candle out of direct sunlight, especially in warmer months and if you have a scented white candle as sunlight can cause these to discolour.
Our candles are made for decorative purposes, however if you do wish to burn these – please make sure you have a drip tray under your candle and never leave unattended.
PLEASE NOTE : Tall pillar like candles can sometimes have small holes or cracks on the underside of the candle, this is due to using a natural soy wax and it hollows out when setting , we try to fill these holes as best as possible however sometimes they can still appear even after we fill, being underneath the candle these cannot be seen when on display.

We will carefully examine all items before sending. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between 3 and seven days.
Returns
The stock market is always changing. It is not managed entirely by us, as we have multiple entities, including the factory and our storage. The levels of stock can change at any given time. It is possible that you will not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
Our policy is for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
The item must not be used and in the original packaging. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
